    is a purge function to ensure that air flows through the tip to create a charged plasma stream and achieve clean cuts.
    The overrun is mainly for cooling. The longer you cut thicker metal at high amperage, the more reflow is required to dissipate the heat. (Recommended air pressure: 58-72 PSI.)
    Maximum slit thickness: 15/32″ (12 mm) at 220 V and 40 A, clean cut: 25/64″ (10 mm) at 220 V and 40 A.
